Overview
Dharmangal Sirikkinrana is a social-drama film. One interesting thing is that although the official release year is 1995, actors like M. R. Radha and S. V. Subbaiah had already passed away in the 1980s, so the movie appears to have been released very late.
The story revolves around Azhagu Pandaram (M. R. Radha), who lives in a village and supports people involved in minor crimes. Ramu (Ravichandran), an orphan with a good heart and no means to survive, ends up coming to Pandaram. Even though Ramu initially rejects illegal activities, he eventually gets convinced by Pandaram and starts doing small thefts, using that money to help others.
Ramu falls in love with Dr. Malathi (Srividya), a kind-hearted doctor who treats poor villagers for free. At the same time, CID officer Shankar (AVM Rajan)—Malathi's cousin—is on a mission to crack down on illegal activities in the area, especially those connected to Ramu. The rest of the story continues from there.
